Christmas w/Dad

I guess you can call it Christmas w/dad. We did get to see him but Donna invited half of the world over so it was more like a party. We didn't get to visit much because Kim kept talking over dad and then the ones in the dining room were so loud we couldn't hear each other. I guess I should be happy we got to spend a little time w/them but if it would have just been a family thing it would have been a lot better.

Randy was chillin and watching the game....

The kids were decorating cookies...

Austin was playing w/this hat that you could wear both ways ...it was kinda neat.

Out for Weather....

I have not taken many pics lately but after this coming week I should have plenty to add.;0) Plus, Randy gave me my Christmas present early and I have a new camera!! Yay!! I'm so excited to use it at Logan's next ball game and see how much better the pictures can be....

anywho, I only have this one pic from earlier this week the kids were out of school because of ice. Madison had Cassie & Ty over and they took a few pics...most of them they are being goofy or you can't see them very well, but notice they have painted their eyes...even Ty's....*hehe

Wow, I haven't updated in a while...busy running and not so much picture taking going on these days. as for this weekend....Friday night Logan and Sam (his new girl, isn't she just a pretty little thing?) wanted to go ice skating so I took them down to the square. Guess what...yep, no ice rink this year. So they got stuck hanging out w/me until it was time to pick up Madi and Taylor from the mall. Here is one of the pics I took on the square.

Logan was suppose to have a jamboree at Elkins on Saturday but it ended up just being a regular game. A close one too!! Logan sunk the winning basket as the buzzer was going off. We won 29 to 28. Logan scored 13 pts this game. ;0) I took a few pics...

Randy thought this one was cool because Logan is the only thing that is clear in the picture. (I had turned the flash off trying to get a better pic. With the flash on they were all dark...see the other 2 below.)

After the ball game we went to Joplin to do some Christmas shopping and to have dinner w/Bob and Leah. We had not seen them for 11 years!! We used to hang w/them all the time, and then we all got busy w/the kids. The last time we spent time w/them Logan was a year old and we went to their cabin on the lake for the weekend and I ended up having to call my mom to meet me and take Logan. He cried the whole time. He hated the water...I'm not sure why since he's always loved the river... We have all promised we are going to do better at staying in touch. More than just Christmas cards once a year. I'm looking forward to it.

Today Randy worked and I had to go to church alone. *sniff. After all the running this week every freakin night I was exhausted and crashed on the couch for a few hours today. Randy on the other hand...I do not even know where he gets his energy. He has been working 12 hour days, he worked yesterday (going in at 2:45 so he wouldn't miss the ball game) ...we got home last night and he was back up and gone this morning. Worked 7 hours and while I was asleep this afternoon he cleaned the entire garage. I guess in his old age he is still young...;0)
