My sweet uncle Donnie was one of the greatest men I ever knew. He had the biggest heart, was the sweetest man, he could make you laugh until you cried, he would do anything for anyone at any time, and oh how he made me feel loved. I know his body was worn and tired and I know he is in Heaven where I will see him again someday but I miss him. I so miss him.
vacation this year was back to the beach! Oh, what a wonderful time was had!! It was our family - Randy, Madison, Logan and I, my brother Kevin and his crew - Kara, Kalie, Austin & Hannah, the Truesdells - Kathy, Sammantha, & Duncan, Kelso family - Bryan, Gage, & Hutch, the Jones family - Belinda, Aaron & Karen, the Holliday family - Chuck, Sherri, & Charlie and then my sweet momma! We rented a beach house (vrbo.com rental #400745). It was a actually like 4 connected apartments. We stayed there w/most of the crew but the Kelso's rented a place 2 doors down and the Jones family was about 1/4 mile down the beach from us. Everyone had such a blast and we made some wonderful memories. The guys did some golfing and deep sea fishing. The girls did some shopping and some sun soaking. The boys rented some scooters and road around flirting w/girls. I'm so glad mom decided to join us. I will cherish the memories for sure! We also celebrated Hannah's 13th bday while we were there. Hard to believe she is 13!!
